Ginger Liqueur

A Ginger Liqueur
That Stimulates the Senses and Stays in Your Heart.

When you casually tilt your glass at a bar while traveling. That one drink sometimes gently opens the door to distant memories. We hope this ginger liqueur will be such a drink. "Just flavoring" or "ginger liqueurs that are only slightly sweet" are not enough. The intense spiciness of grated ginger overlaps with the spicy aftertaste of Western cloves, cinnamon, and chili peppers. It's a liqueur with complexity and depth like life itself, with layers of spiciness and aroma.

Stimuli that linger in the five senses

The authentic spiciness of ginger comes not from processed powder, but from the generous use of freshly grated ginger.

Even in cocktails, it possesses a strength that stands up to the base spirit. Just a sip leaves a distinct presence etched on your tongue and in your mind.

The exotic bittersweet notes of cloves and cinnamon, the mellow sweetness of honey, and the accent of chili pepper.

Even after swallowing, the aroma of spices gently spreads through your nasal passages and mouth, leaving a lingering aftertaste.

“I want to drink that ginger one again.”

It's crafted to be a drink that stays in your memory through taste and aroma.

Stories Born from Voices on the Ground

One day, at a restaurant overseas.

“Don't you have any ginger liqueur?” the bartender muttered quietly.

If only there were something made with plenty of freshly grated ginger, a little spicy...

Those words lit a fire in my heart.

I grated ginger into a paste, used domestic vodka as the base, and added cinnamon, cloves, honey, lemon, and chili pepper for impact.

It's 12% ABV. When you take a sip, the ginger's sharp spiciness and refreshing coolness blend perfectly with the aromatic spices.

Traditional Japanese ingredients meet exotic Western spices.

The hidden kick of chili pepper adds depth and complexity to the flavor, creating a drink you'll remember.

Liqueur that has traveled the world

The finished samples were tasted by customers from Taiwan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Italy, the United States...

We refined it repeatedly, gathering feedback online and through chat.

Finally, a liqueur we were satisfied with was born.

Mix it with tonic water for a Moscow Mule-style cocktail.

It shines as a shot in a small glass or as a flavorful highball.

One sip sends a pleasant tingle through your senses, leaving you thinking, “I want more”—

that's the kind of liqueur we've crafted.
