TEAra — Jasmine
A widely loved jasmine tea — fine green tea scented with natural jasmine — as a liqueur. Soda or tonic lifts a bright floral aroma.
Story
Built on jasmine-scented green tea: green-tea bitterness and a noble jasmine aroma, with no additives. Shaped so bartenders can reach for it where they might use herbs or botanicals.
Craft
Soda, sonic (tonic plus soda), or a hot nightcap.
Serve
Well chilled with soda or tonic. For a nightcap, lengthen with hot water.

40 ml TEAra Jasmine, 40 ml grapefruit, 1 tsp lychee syrup, 1 tsp grenadine, 60 ml tonic.
