Sweetpotato Liqueur

Made with 100% "Beni Haruka" sweet potatoes—often referred to as the "Princess of Sweet Potatoes"—
we roast them until they're fluffy and tender, mash them into a paste, then add soy milk and sugar to create this liqueur.

The aroma of roasted sweet potatoes fills the air the moment you pour it into a glass,
and its smooth, velvety texture lets you savor the true flavor of roasted sweet potatoes on your tongue.
Pour it into a teacup or similar container and heat it in the microwave to about 60°C,
and the flavor of freshly baked sweet potatoes will fill your mouth.

This liqueur is versatile enough to be enjoyed in a variety of ways as a dessert—whether drizzled over ice cream,
or warmed slightly and mixed with a small amount of tapioca and coconut milk to create a sophisticated cocktail.
