Bloody Mary

Japanese Dashi Changes the Rules of Cocktails.

The richness of clams and the refreshing taste of celery, the acidity and sweetness of tomatoes. The fusion of foreign ingredients and Japanese dashi culture creates a depth of flavor never experienced before.

The catalyst was voices from overseas and Japanese ideas.

During our travels, the voices of people we met at overseas seminars and tasting events gave us new ideas.

“Can't we do something with the leftover tomatoes from making Bloody Marys?” “Can't we create a flavor enhanced with Japanese-style dashi?”

—These questions became the starting point for crafting this liqueur.

The flavor we arrived at through repeated prototyping

Back at the Nara warehouse, we experimented repeatedly with domestic vodka, tomato puree, celery, and clam broth to capture that Japanese essence.

Initially, it was 25% ABV.

While delicious mixed with soda, many requested a lighter feel, so we adjusted it to 12%.

This allowed the clam broth's umami to truly shine through. Mixed with beer, it was a huge hit—“This is seriously delicious!”

The flavors hidden within the higher alcohol content now took center stage.

Pairs well with various alcoholic beverages

Vodka, gin, shochu, sake, white wine—it pairs beautifully with any spirit, bringing out the distinct character of each ingredient.

Especially when mixed with vodka, the umami of the clams gently supports the drink from the bottom of the glass, while the tomato and celery leave a light, lingering finish.

This new fusion cocktail, blending Japanese and Western styles, quietly yet surely stirs our hearts.

Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or mixed with soda. It pairs well with food or serves as a cocktail base.

It adapts to any occasion, gently coloring the story of whoever drinks it.

Tomato, celery, clam broth—these seemingly disparate ingredients join hands in the glass, weaving an unforgettable flavor.

The Meeting of Japanese Tradition and Foreign Materials

Shijimi clams, an indispensable part of Japanese dining.

Their deep umami and mineral richness meet the acidity and sweetness of Mediterranean tomatoes and the refreshing aroma of celery, opening the door to a new flavor experience.

Shijimi clams, known for protecting liver function, have long been a part of Japanese daily life.

This new experience born from the meeting of such tradition and foreign ingredients lingers in the heart, like a landscape encountered by chance while traveling.

Individuality that brings a breath of fresh air

The world of craft cocktails needs a story to tell, right?

The refreshing crispness of celery and the rich depth of clams elevate tomato-based cocktails to new levels of complexity.

As ingredients that spark creativity—reimagining the Bloody Mary or crafting a Japanese-style Red Snapper—they bring a fresh breeze to the bar counter.

This liqueur delivers both Instagram-worthy appeal and a drink worth talking about.

Its consistent deliciousness, unaffected by the seasons, is another delightful feature.

It delivers unchanging, year-round flavor while highlighting the ingredients' natural qualities.

For restaurants and retailers, its ease of handling is a major draw.

It fits seamlessly into both staple cocktail lineups and seasonal specials.

New value that transcends existing frameworks

This liqueur defies existing categories.

Its complex flavor, born from meticulous ingredient selection and unique production methods, carries premium value and resonates with fermented food culture, dashi culture, and health-conscious trends.

It promises to deliver a satisfying drink for those seeking new experiences.

A new world of “Tomato × Celery × Clam”. This drink might just become the next classic.

A drink so good, you'll find yourself saying, “I'll have another!”

Memories of journeys and the voices of people intertwined, giving birth to this new liqueur.
