What we pursued was a genuine toastiness.
Our artisans hand-roast selected Japanese green tea leaves, slowly and gently applying heat to draw out the mellow, fragrant aroma that is the very soul of Hojicha. This meticulously extracted essence is then blended with our signature rum-based ripe plum liqueur. The result is a perfect harmony, where smoky tranquility and refreshing acidity resonate together — a combination entirely unlike anything else.
The powerful roasted notes, achieved only through hand-roasting, layer perfectly with the richness of the rum, leaving a pleasant warmth long after the final sip. No complex presentation is required. Enjoy the release of the aroma as it touches the ice on the rocks, or savor the moment the toasted notes lightly dance and snap with a splash of soda.
