Strawberry

Japanese strawberry — sweet-tart, aromatic, unmistakably berry. A crowd favourite that still reads as fruit when you mix it.

Story

Strawberry is one of the most loved flavours in our fruit-liqueur line. The story began with growers around Tenri in Nara — morning-picked fruit arriving at the brewery so fragrant you could smell it when the truck opened. That relationship taught us how strawberry should taste in a bottle.

Today we use Japanese strawberries year-round. Because we brew and sell continuously, regions and cultivars change with the season — we do not lock the label to a single variety name. Our usual bottling is red strawberry. When white strawberries are available, we sometimes release a limited White Strawberry liqueur in small quantities.

Working with Japanese strawberry growers

Craft

We chase ripe berry character: perfume first, then a clean sweet-tart finish — not syrup. On the rocks, with soda or water, over crushed ice, or folded into desserts and sorbet, it stays recognisably strawberry.

For buyers, that means a flavour guests already understand, with a Japanese fruit story you can tell without overselling a single farm. For bars, it means a Fizz or Whiskey Sour that looks as good as it drinks — and empties faster than a generic red liqueur.

Serve

On the rocks, with soda or water, with milk, or over crushed ice. Also excellent in desserts.
