Yoshino Mix
Yuzu
Japanese yuzu for the bar rail — peel aroma, juice acidity, and a faint bitterness. Holds character when lengthened.
Craft
Same fruit idea as Kagura Yuzu: peel perfume, juice, and a little bitterness, built to stay clear at highball ratios. Start at 1:3 with soda, tonic, or ginger ale; or build a 1:1 sparkling spritz.
Serve
Start at 1:3 with soda, tonic, or ginger ale over ice; or 1:1 with sparkling wine.
