Matcha Latte
Nishio matcha finished on soy milk — a latte-style pour with mellow sweetness, matcha umami, and a hint of bitterness.
Story
“Matcha” names a method as much as a leaf: tencha ground to powder. This bottle carries that style in the name.
The matcha is from Nishio, Aichi — a leading Japanese matcha region shaped by a mild climate, Yahagi River soils, and river mist. Deep green colour, a clean aroma, and calm umami are the hallmarks of Nishio matcha, also known as a regional brand.

Craft
We turn Nishio matcha into a paste on a soy-milk base, then finish it as a liqueur — not cow’s milk. Matcha umami leads, with a little bitterness still clear. Smooth mouthfeel and soft sweetness make it easy on the rocks, sipped slowly.
It also lengthens 1:1 with amazake, or shakes into a short gin build (Green Lady).
Serve
Well chilled on the rocks, or 1:1 with amazake over a large ice cube.
Cocktails
Matcha Amazake
In a rocks glass with large ice, combine Matcha Latte and amazake about 1:1; mint or matcha ice cream optional.
Green Lady
Shake 2 parts gin, 1 part Matcha Latte, and 1 part lemon juice; pour over ice.
Iced latte style
Pour Matcha Latte over ice.
Food pairing
