Sakura Sara-Sara
The same sakura character as Kira-Kira — edible blossom in the bottle, sakura-mochi sweetness, acidity, and a hint of salt, balanced with green-apple juice. 180 ml with one blossom.
Story
Our brewery sits in Yoshino, Nara — a place known for spring cherry blossoms. This sakura liqueur takes that season as its image, and the taste of sakura-mochi loved at Hina Matsuri: a soft acidity, mellow sweetness, and a touch of salt.
Edible cherry blossoms go into the bottle so the pour looks as clear as it tastes. It is not TEAra Sakura, and it is not the “Sakura” cocktail names used with our shiso liqueur.
Craft
Blossom aroma and colour, sakura-mochi character, and green-apple juice for balance. On the rocks or with soda; with Champagne or dry sparkling wine as Sakura Champagne; or in a mojito-style long drink. Sara-Sara is the 180 ml bottle with one edible blossom — same flavour as Kira-Kira, smaller format.
Serve
On the rocks, with soda, or with Champagne / dry sparkling wine. Chill the bottle well.
