Special Order / Manyo no Utage Nashi Pear

Special Order
Manyo no Utage Nashi Pear
Tottori Nijisseiki nashi — juicy green-pear freshness and a crisp bite in the glass. A Japanese-pear sweetness, a shade different from La France (Western pear).
Story
On the Sea of Japan coast, Tottori is known as pear country. We keep a factory there and make this Special Order bottle — Manyo no Utage Nashi Pear — from prefecture fruit.
We use Nijisseiki (20th Century) pear only. It is a classic green nashi: juicy, with a clear, crisp bite. It is not Kagura Pear (La France). Western pear melts on the tongue; we aim for the bright, refreshing character of Japanese nashi in the glass.

Craft
We work with Nijisseiki pulp and juice so fresh sweetness and a crisp impression stay in the pour. Strength is 7% ABV — easy neat or on the rocks, and easy to lengthen with soda or sparkling wine.
It also resets the palate beside rich yakiniku, kimchi, and sweet-sour pork.
Serve
On the rocks, with a splash of soda, or as a Bellini. Chill the bottle well.
