What we have captured in this bottle is the very essence of "morning freshness" from the Hokkaido highlands.

Using fresh drinkable yogurt delivered directly from Hokkaido's Bocca Farm, we focused on speed and artisan care to preserve its overwhelming vitality. Each strawberry is hand-crushed by our craftsmen, who carefully check the condition of every berry to ensure a natural, textured feel that machines simply cannot replicate. These vibrant, tart-sweet berries are then immediately blended with the farm-fresh yogurt to lock in their "just-picked" aroma.

When poured, a natural pale pink hue — the beautiful marriage of strawberry red and yogurt white — emerges in the glass. Every sip offers a creamy richness and a living fruit texture, providing the profound satisfaction of a true "liquid dessert."

Best enjoyed poured over ice cream as a dessert, or floating on ice.

北海道のBocca牧場から直送される出来立ての飲むヨーグルト。その圧倒的なフレッシュさを損なわないよう、スピードと手仕事にこだわりました。職人が一粒ずつ状態を確かめながら手作業で丁寧にすりつぶしたいちごは、機械では決して表現できない不揃いな果肉感と、摘みたてのような甘酸っぱい香りを持ちます。それを直送のヨーグルトと即座に合わせることで、自然の恵みを最短距離で届ける「純粋なる結晶」が生まれました。
