Grapefruit flesh, juice, seeds, and peel — all coarsely grated whole using the traditional Oni-oroshi technique, and packed generously into every bottle.

The naturally rough texture of the hand-grated pulp brings the bright, refreshing acidity of grapefruit to life in a way no other sour mix can replicate. Pour one part Red Grapefruit Sour Mix into a generous glass with ice and add four parts soda for a crisp, invigorating sour at approximately 5% ABV.
