Pineapple flesh and juice, coarsely grated whole using the Oni-oroshi technique, and packed generously into every bottle — bringing the full tropical energy of sun-drenched fruit directly to your glass.
From the very first sip, the vibrant bittersweet flavor and satisfying, bouncy texture of fresh pineapple spread across the palate, as if biting into a whole ripe fruit. The naturally rough texture of the hand-grated pulp keeps the fresh pineapple character alive right down to the final sip. When mixed with soda, the pulp rises through the glass for a visually vibrant, tropical experience. Perfect for a moment of refreshment or a bright, lively gathering.
Pour one part Pineapple Sour Mix into a generous glass with ice and add four parts soda for a crisp, tropical sour at approximately 5% ABV. Shake well before use.
