Our goal was to recreate the "pure, crystalline drop" found in a freshly picked Japanese Nashi pear.
Using carefully selected Japanese pears, our artisans meticulously removed all impurities to preserve their delicate profile, precisely extracting only the fruit's inherent succulence. By intentionally keeping the alcohol content low at 7%, we have fully drawn out the Nashi's refined fragrance and naturally modest sweetness.
A single sip unfolds the purity of fruit nurtured by Japan's four seasons, leaving a noble and crisp afterglow that refreshes the palate. No excessive decoration is required. Admire its crystal-like transparency on the rocks, or savor the moment the elegant fragrance of the Nashi blooms with a splash of soda or champagne.
目指したのは、もぎたての和梨が持つ「清らかな一雫」を再現することです。
厳選された日本産の梨を使用し、職人の手で雑味を排除。梨本来の瑞々しさだけを精密に抽出しました。あえてアルコール度数を7%に抑えることで、和梨の清麗な香りと、自然で控えめな甘さを最大限に引き出しています。
